This Excel dashboard is a look at staffing numbers by location and cost per FTE. It uses 3 simple colours with a neat format to convey a compelling message. The lower part of the dashboard shows revenue and expenses and there is a drop down at the top left which allows a choice between Europe, Americas and Asia Pacific and the charts and tables will change according to the selection made. The dashboard has a map feature which will toggle between the three geographic regions. The map can be found on the top right of the dashboard.
